Warranty Information

ForkLiftPartsOnline warrants that each part or component distributed through our website will be free,
under normal use and with proper maintenance, from defects in material or workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from
the date of shipment. If any item you have purchased should be defective, you may return it for a complete refund.
Returns: Any return, other than those covered by warranty, must be made within 30 days from the date of shipment or it
will not be accepted. The part must be returned in new condition. A return form must be included with each part shipment. Click here for an
RMA request Form. This form must be completed and faxed to us within 30 days to receive a valid RMA number. We will assign the request an RMA
number and fax it back to you signed. This form must accompany the returned item or it will not be processed and it will be sent back to you.
Freight Policy: All orders are shipped UPS from Greensboro, North Carolina (or domestic point of shipment for direct ship parts).
Standard UPS and freight rates will be applied to the Electronic invoice. Freight and handling charges will be included on the "Electronic Invoice"
Please print the "Electronic Invoice" for your own records. Air freight may be requested. All air freight charges will be applied to the order invoice.
